Agnieszka Robaszkiewicz, realiza pesquisas destinadas a acabar com a resist\u00eancia aos medicamentos contra o cancro e melhorar a efic\u00e1cia da quimioterapia. Esta \u00e9 uma abordagem inovadora, pois ningu\u00e9m realizou ensaios cl\u00ednicos nesta \u00e1rea.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pl-PL\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8220;Tentamos privar as c\u00e9lulas cancer\u00edgenas de um dos mecanismos de defesa respons\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bpelo surgimento do fen\u00f3meno da resist\u00eancia a m\u00faltiplas drogas&#8221;, explica a Dra. Agnieszka Robaszkiewicz.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">A<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">crescenta <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">tamb\u00e9m <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">que muitos mecanismos de defesa contra a a\u00e7\u00e3o dos citost\u00e1ticos j\u00e1 foram descritos na literatura cient\u00edfica, sendo um deles a prote\u00edna transportadora ABC, presente na membrana da c\u00e9lula cancerosa. Essas prote\u00ednas removem da c\u00e9lula a droga com a qual \u00e9 atacada.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pl-PL\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A express\u00e3o das prote\u00ednas ABC tem v\u00e1rias etapas.
