O programa \u00e9 destinado a mulheres l\u00edderes com a ambi\u00e7\u00e3o de se candidatar a cargos de ger\u00eancia e desempenhar fun\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a nos seus setores. Durante o curso, as alunas ir\u00e3o adquirir conhecimentos em v\u00e1rias \u00e1reas relacionadas com a autogest\u00e3o, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de equipas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Este ano, as futuras l\u00edderes ter\u00e3o mais uma vez a oportunidade de concorrer a uma bolsa de estudos concedida a mulheres focadas no desenvolvimento pessoal e socialmente ativas, principalmente no apoio a outras mulheres.
