O l\u00edder do projeto \u00e9 a Universidade de Ci\u00eancias Ambientais e da Vida em Wroc\u0142aw, e os parceiros s\u00e3o a Universidade Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez de Elche (Espanha), a Universidade de Syddansk de Odense (Dinamarca) e o Centro Culin\u00e1rio Basco de San Sebasti\u00e1n (Espanha).
