Marcin Patecki, da Faculdade de F\u00edsica da Universidade Tecnol\u00f3gica de Vars\u00f3via, recebeu a prestigiosa bolsa individual Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O cientista implementar\u00e1 o projeto &#8220;The ALICE fixed-target programme layout using bent crystals at the CERN Large Hadron Collider&#8221;, cujo objetivo \u00e9 expandir o potencial de pesquisa do experimento ALICE no Grande Colisor de Hadr\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa ter\u00e1 a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de dois anos e ser\u00e1 realizada sob a supervis\u00e3o do Dr. Eng. Daniel Kiko\u0142 no Departamento de F\u00edsica Nuclear da Faculdade de F\u00edsica da Universidade Tecnol\u00f3gica de Vars\u00f3via.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Universidade, a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia para Pesquisa Nuclear CERN estuda os menores componentes da mat\u00e9ria usando aceleradores, incluindo o Grande Colisor de Hadr\u00f5es (LHC). No LHC, feixes de prot\u00f5es ou n\u00facleos de chumbo s\u00e3o acelerados a enormes energias e colidem de frente dentro dos detetores (incluindo ALICE) para observar as novas part\u00edculas assim formadas e as intera\u00e7\u00f5es entre elas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Dr. Eng.
