Le lancement a eu lieu depuis un port spatial de Floride \u00e0 bord d&rsquo;une fus\u00e9e Falcon 9, lors de la mission Transporter 6.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>STAR VIBE est une mission de d\u00e9monstration de deux syst\u00e8mes : un petit t\u00e9lescope d&rsquo;observation de la Terre appel\u00e9 STAR et le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;auto-inspection du satellite VIBE. L&rsquo;objectif est de tester le t\u00e9lescope STAR et la technologie VIBE dans des conditions spatiales et de porter le niveau de pr\u00e9paration technologique au neuvi\u00e8me niveau, le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, l&rsquo;impact des conditions spatiales (vide, fluctuations de temp\u00e9rature, rayonnement \u00e9lev\u00e9, microgravit\u00e9) sur les composants du t\u00e9lescope, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique embarqu\u00e9e et sur la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es recueillies sera test\u00e9.
