La soluci\u00f3n permite conservar una mayor cantidad de ingredientes bioactivos extremadamente valiosos que no pueden ser reemplazados por ninguna mezcla artificial, informa la Universidad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">La idea original de la Prof.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00aa<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Edyta Malinowska Pa\u0144czyk, de la Facultad de Qu\u00edmica de la Universidad de Gda\u0144sk, sustituir\u00e1 la congelaci\u00f3n y descongelaci\u00f3n de la leche en varias etapas y la pasteurizaci\u00f3n por un almacenamiento bajo presi\u00f3n aumentada a temperaturas inferiores a 0\u00b0C. En este sistema el agua no cristaliza y la leche se puede conservar descongelada durante mucho tiempo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">\u00abEste m\u00e9todo permite dar a los ni\u00f1os alimentos en los que se han eliminado las bacterias, pero su composici\u00f3n es similar a la que ofrece la madre.
