The Central Statistical Office (CSO) is inviting participants to the CSO President’s Competition for the best master’s and PhD paper in the field of statistics in the 2018\/2019 academic year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The aim of the competition is to select the best master’s thesis and the best PhD paper in the field of statistics, as well as to popularize knowledge about statistics and its information resources.<\/p>\n

Competition participants may include graduates of full studies or regular Master’s studies – in the part concerning the best master’s thesis in the field of statistics; graduates of PhD studies – in the part concerning the best doctoral dissertations.<\/p>\n

The Master’s theses and PhD papers in the field of statistics which have received a positive assessment and have been accepted at public and private universities in the 2018\/2019, by December 31, 2019, should be submitted to the Competition jury by the authors of the works, universities or promoters of works with the author’s consent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
