The facility will spend the acquired funds on the purchase of specialized medical equipment. This will improve efficiency in cancer diagnosis and treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Health has been implementing the &#8220;Onkoinnowacje&#8221; project from 2014 to 2020. It is financed by the European Union. University UWM Clinical Hospital joined it at the end of September 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; We will be able to detect tumors faster and heal patients faster and the cure rate will be significantly better. We are the only regional hospital in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and we are becoming a leader in oncological diagnostics and early detection of cancer.
