{"id":84578,"date":"2019-07-10T18:51:17","date_gmt":"2019-07-10T16:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=84578"},"modified":"2019-07-10T18:51:17","modified_gmt":"2019-07-10T16:51:17","slug":"polish-german-smartriver-project-smart-oder-region-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/polish-german-smartriver-project-smart-oder-region-launched\/","title":{"rendered":"Polish-German SmartRiver project: Smart Oder Region launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>IHP &#8211; Leibniz Institute for Innovative Microelectronics from Frankfurt \/ Oder and the University of Zielona G\u00f3ra are implementing the SmartRiver Intelligentes Odergebiet \/ SmartRiver: Inteligentne Nadodrze research project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the project is to support flood protection of residents in the Oder river region of S\u0142ubice and Frankfurt (Oder), and to develop a cross-border, intelligent non-invasive monitoring system for flood embankments and riverside areas on both sides of the border area.<\/p>\n<p>A project worth PLN 1 146 thousand euro is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the INTERREG VA Poland &#8211; Brandenburg Program 2014-2020. The coordinator of the project is IHP, and the Zielona G\u00f3ra university, represented by the Institute of Metrology, Electronics and Computer Science.
