It will be enable to manufacture larger and more durable parts of machines and devices. The project won the award of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Polish Mechanics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The team of Prof. Andrzej Ambroziak from the Department of Materials Science, Strength and Welding has focused on the problem of manufacturing mechanical elements from iron-based amorphous materials through generative technologies (called 3D printing). His team also include Dr Eng. Aleksandra Ma\u0142achowska from the Wroc\u0142aw University of\u00a0 Science and Technology and Dr Eng. Wirginia Pilarczyk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Part of the research was carried out under the Cornet project jointly by the mechanical faculty of the University and German partners: DVS-FV (Forschungsvereinigung Schwei\u00dfen und verwandte Verfahrene.V.)
