The winner is studying the conservation and restoration of works of art in the fifth year (specializing in conservation and restoration of stone sculpture and architectural detail).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The student was awarded for the implementation of the diploma thesis, the subject of which is a seventeenth-century crucifix made of alabaster, from a valuable epitaph altar in the church in Ry\u0144sk. Work on the subject required understanding the art of preservation of monuments and knowledge of the historical context of the creation of a work of art and stylistic analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The Cultural Heritage Foundation was established in 2012 at the initiative of Dr Micha\u0142 Laszczkowski and Pawe\u0142 Wilski.
