{"id":76906,"date":"2019-05-22T18:25:59","date_gmt":"2019-05-22T16:25:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=76906"},"modified":"2019-05-22T18:25:59","modified_gmt":"2019-05-22T16:25:59","slug":"scientists-of-the-medical-university-of-wroclaw-to-receive-nearly-pln-5-million","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/scientists-of-the-medical-university-of-wroclaw-to-receive-nearly-pln-5-million\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientists of the Medical University of Wroclaw to receive nearly PLN 5 million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nearly PLN 5 million will be granted to the researchers of the Medical University of Wroclaw for their research from the National Science Center as part of the Opus program.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Almost PLN 2 million will be allocated to the project &#8220;Determination of epigenetic mechanisms of modulation of selected genes from the SOX family and their transcripts as potential diagnostic and predictive markers in NSCLC non-small cell lung cancer&#8221;, and nearly 900 thousand PLN will be allocated to the &#8220;Investigations of GABAergic transmission plasticity mechanisms in interneurons and pyramidal cells of mouse hippocampus&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>One million PLN will allow to determine the &#8220;importance of microflora and permeability of the colon barrier in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia &#8211; in search of conditions for sub-threshold inflammation and metabolic dysregulation&#8221;.
