However, now is the time for a more quality-oriented, more elitist education \u2013 said Jaros\u0142aw Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deputy Prime Minister Gowin emphasized that if we want to have a prosperous society, a dynamically developing economy, we must invest in science and in Polish universities. &#8211; I emphasized the word &#8220;investment&#8221; because it is really an investment. The money invested in science returns &#8211; added Gowin.<\/p>\n<p>The head of the Ministry of Science reminded that this year Poland has had a record increase in expenditure on science and higher education for 30 years.
