A building with an area of 5,000 sq m will be erected at the Bydgoszcz Road, on the plot transferred to the University by the Municipality of Toru\u0144.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The basement will include an experimental part, on the ground floor there will be a clinical part for large animals with a small animal clinic on the first floor, and diagnostic laboratories on the second floor. The building will also include classrooms.<\/p>\n<p>The Center&#8217;s director, Prof. J\u0119drzej Ja\u015bkowski emphasizes that it will be one of the best-equipped clinical facilities of veterinary medicine in Poland. &#8211; There will be a positron emission tomography for animals, magnetic resonance, X-ray, several ultrasound scanners and a lot of other equipment at the highest world level &#8211; says Prof. Ja\u015bkowski.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Science and Higher Education awarded the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun with 25 million PLN to fund the clinical and teaching facilities of the Veterinary Center.
