Over 120 student teams from all over the world have applied for the competition in the USA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wroc\u0142aw students will start in the category of rockets powered by hybrid engines. Their engine will consist of two main parts: a cylinder with an oxidizer &#8211; nitrous oxide and combustion chamber filled with fuel &#8211; polypropylene. The most important task of the rocket is to rise to 10,000. feet, or exactly 3048 m. For each meter more or less the team will lose points.<\/p>\n<p>According to student estimates, their rocket &#8211; &#8220;Ninety Nine&#8221; &#8211; will weigh about 18 kg and measure about 2.6 m. Its proper functioning is to provide three main electronic circuits.
