The Diary products study is a response to the needs of the local industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the dairy sector, education will be carried out in close cooperation with regional dairy cooperatives from the Lublin region.<\/p>\n<p>During the conversation with the rector, I mentioned one of the problems of our industry &#8211; the problem of generation gap. It&#8217;s about the lack of professionals in the dairy industry. Specialists are aging, retiring, and their places are not occupied by young people, because there is nobody to educate them &#8211; said Tadeusz Badach, President of the Regional Dairy Cooperative in Krasnystaw.<\/p>\n<p>The Dairy course will start in October 2019.
