They are an opportunity for cooperation between science and business &#8211; said Jaros\u0142aw Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and Higher Education.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Aleksander Nawrat, deputy director of the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR), emphasized that &#8220;one must have the courage to create innovations&#8221;.
