The event, which was held on the campus of the University of Bialystok (NB) from February 22-24, 2019, was a simulation of the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BiaMUN meeting was inaugurated by a lecture of W\u0142odzimierz Cimoszewicz &#8211; former Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.<br \/>\nThe young speakers debated about politics, social and economic issues. The themes of this year&#8217;s debates included the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the aging of European societies or the forced marriages of children.
