Will the scenario of a &#8220;two-speed Europe&#8221; be fulfilled with the strengthened position of France and Germany? Will there be a return to &#8220;Europe of Homelands&#8221;? How real is the disintegration of the Union?<\/p>\n<p>Konrad Szyma\u0144ski &#8211; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rados\u0142aw Sikorski &#8211; Minister of National Defense in 2005-2007, Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2007-2014, Prof. Roman Ku\u017aniar &#8211; political scientist and diplomat, chairman of the Scientific Council of the Institute of International Relations of the University of Warsaw and Prof. Tomasz Grzegorz Grosse &#8211; a political scientist and sociologist, head of the European Union Politics Department at the Institute of European Studies at the University of Warsaw will answer the issues.<br \/>\nThe debate will take place in the \u015awietlica Wolno\u015bci Center, Warsaw, ul.
