He was awarded for the work &#8220;Beginnings of activity of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Kiev after the Second World War (1947-1949)&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>International Oleg Ken\u2019s Competition &#8220;Current Science&#8221; has been organized for 11 years by the Polish Institute in St. Petersburg, the local History Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Center for Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding in Warsaw.
