Mi\u0142osz Kadzi\u0144ski for his work &#8220;Methodology of computer-aided decision making based on various forms of indirect preferential information and a comprehensive analysis of the resilience of solutions&#8221;. The research concerns computer-aided decision-tools allowing for solving complex decision-making problems.<\/p>\n<p>The prize for the best PhD dissertation was awarded to Dr. Eng. Micha\u0142 Melosik for &#8220;Reconfigurable hybrid chaotic generator for hardware cryptography&#8221;.
