Now, universities have time until September 30, 2019 to adopt their statutes. After the New Year, the pay rises for academic teachers will come into force. They will be particularly important for higher education institutions located in smaller cities &#8211; highlighted M\u00fcller.<\/p>\n<p>It was reminded that the Constitution for Science came into force on October 1. According to its provisions, universities are guaranteed a greater autonomy.
