He is also a PhD student and he scientifically specializes in the law of higher education and science. He has extensive experience in student activities; he was a chairman of the Faculty Council of the Student Government and vice-chairman of the KRD.<\/p>\n<p>The National Representation of PhD Students is a nationwide representation of PhD students.
