The Decalogue for Poland on the 100th Anniversary of Regaining Independence &#8220;, dedicated to culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-It is necessary to repeat after Pope John Paul II: Man lives a truly human life thanks to culture. His life is culture and he cannot live without culture.
