The new regulations will allow researchers and students from countries not belonging to the European Union to obtain a permanent residence permit in Poland for up to 5 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The draft law adapts the Polish law to the EU directive on the conditions of entry and stay of third-country nationals for the purpose of conducting research, studies, training, volunteering, exchange programs for schoolchildren or educational projects and taking up an au pair work.<\/p>\n<p>The new regulations will allow foreigners involved in education to stay in Poland for a period to 5 years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Polish government has submitted to the Sejm a bill amending the Act on foreigners.
