That money will allow the university to implement the &#8220;Welcome Center&#8221; project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The university will provide students and foreign staff with an information and contact point &#8211; so-called Welcome Center. A special website for students and teachers from abroad will also be created, and study visits at partner universities will allow to learn good practices in this area.<br \/>\nThe goal is to increase the level of internationalization by developing interpersonal, cultural, linguistic and professional skills of national and foreign employees dealing with students on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the project, trainings, workshops and seminars will be carried out to improve the qualifications of employees and to support of the foreign guests.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Medical University of Gdansk (GUM) has received over a quarter of a million PLN from the National Academic Exchange Agency as part of the Welcome to Poland competition.
