This is a joint project of scientists from the Institutes of Polish and English Philology at the Wroc\u0142aw University.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the Center is to conduct scientific research, organize methodological workshops, conduct didactic classes and dissemination activities in the field of cognitive linguistics, in particular: cognitive research on meaning, semantics and linguistic pragmatics; cognitive grammar; cognitive ethnolinguistics; cognitive research on bilingualism; assimilation of the second and inherited language; research on cognitive aspects of multimodal communication; cognitive corpus and statistic studies.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of interests of the Center team will include cognitive research works from semantics, grammar, bilingualism and ethnolinguistics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Center for Cognitive Research on Language and Communication is launched at the University of Wroc\u0142aw.
