He visited the Center for Engineering Studies at the University of Chelm and met with the participants of the Polish-American Congress, which took place in Lublin from October 11 to October 14.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deputy Prime Minister Gowin also held talks with a senator and congressmen from the state of Wisconsin.
