This is a conclusion of the report &#8220;Polish Startups 2018&#8221;, presented by the Startup Poland Foundation during the Economic Forum in Krynica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the introduction to the report, Julia Krzysztofiak-Szopa, the president of the Startup Poland Foundation, writes that the demand for engineers, programmers and application developers is not keeping up with supply. The most innovative startups that develop machine learning technologies, neural networks, artificial intelligence and blockchain often struggle with the lack of qualified personnel &#8211; she adds.<\/p>\n<p>The report shows that the most startups are located in Warsaw (29 per cent) in Wroc\u0142aw (12 per cent) and Krak\u00f3w (10 per cent). However, when it comes to the &#8220;number of high investments&#8221; (over PLN 10 million involved in the project), most of them were set up in Krak\u00f3w (40%) and in Wroc\u0142aw (30%).
