The consortium is composed of the Warsaw Medical University, KardioMedSilesia Sp z o.o., the University of Freiburg- Medical Center and business entities: HID Human Interface Design GmbH, Heart Team Sp o.o.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to create the first comprehensive telemedicine solution on the market &#8211; a mobile application &#8220;with intelligent decision support algorithms and an education module for patients treated with oral anticoagulants&#8221;.
