Second prize was received by Justyna \u0141askawska, author of the thesis entitled &#8216;Research into changes in the properties of waste biomass of plant origin in the process of water leaching&#8217;. Distinctions were awarded to Aleksandra Hudek for her thesis &#8220;Hydrothermal processing of carrot pomace to obtain advanced bioproducts &#8211; the effect of raw material pretreatment on the quality of the fuels obtained&#8221; and Anna Komenda for her thesis &#8220;Synthesis and properties of SnS thin films&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of the Women&#8217;s Energy in Transition competition is to support female talent and enhance the role of women in the energy industry, promote diversity and develop future expert cadres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Four female graduates of the AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krak\u00f3w have been awarded prizes in the finals of the nationwide competition Women&#8217;s Energy in Transition &#8211; Polish Edition for the best thesis on the issue of energy transition.
