The operator of the scholarship program is the \u00c1rni Magn\u00fasson Institute of Icelandic Language.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The offer is addressed to students who have completed at least one year of study and speak Icelandic at the minimum level Icelandic Online 1 and 2.
