{"id":336978,"date":"2024-03-08T19:07:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-08T18:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=336978"},"modified":"2024-03-08T19:07:50","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T18:07:50","slug":"rector-of-the-agh-university-of-science-and-technology-in-krakow-awarded-the-title-of-diamond-engineer-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/rector-of-the-agh-university-of-science-and-technology-in-krakow-awarded-the-title-of-diamond-engineer-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Rector of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krak\u00f3w awarded the title of Diamond Engineer 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prof. Jerzy Lis, rector of the AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krak\u00f3w, a specialist in materials engineering and chemical technology, was awarded the title of Diamond Engineer 2023 in the XXX &#8220;Golden Engineer&#8221; competition organised by the editors of the Technical Review.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The editors of the &#8220;Technical Review&#8221; awarded the titles of Golden, Silver, Young, Distinguished and Honorary Engineers, as well as the titles of Engineer of the 30th anniversary. &#8220;Gold&#8221; titles were awarded in the following categories: construction, innovation, infrastructure, science, management, manager, and &#8220;Silver&#8221; for innovation, science, energy, infrastructure, medical technology, association activist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two more AGH awardees were announced among the winners of the competition. Prof. Ryszard Tadeusiewicz, Rector of AGH in 1998-2005, automatics and IT specialist, populariser of science, was honoured with the title of Engineer of the 30th Year.
