{"id":335967,"date":"2024-03-05T09:27:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-05T08:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=335967"},"modified":"2024-03-05T09:27:50","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T08:27:50","slug":"brain-week-2024-in-krakow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/brain-week-2024-in-krakow\/","title":{"rendered":"Brain Week 2024 in Krakow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From 4 to 8 March, Jagiellonian University (UJ) in Krakow will host Brain Week 2024, which has been held in Krakow since 1999 as part of the international Brain Awareness Week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event is organised by the Polish Copernicus Society of Naturalists (PTPK), Jagiellonian University and the Jerzy Maj Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of Brain Week is to draw the public&#8217;s attention to issues related to the functioning of the brain and to emphasise the need for research in this field due to the major impact of disorders in the functioning of this organ on the quality of life.
