Thanks to modern, environmentally friendly technology, a house can be erected anywhere and on a specific date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;From the moment of signing the contract with the investor, the entire realisation to the developer&#8217;s state takes three months, and the assembly of the house itself takes a maximum of seven days&#8221;, says Leszek Balcerzak, owner of the Balker company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Scientists from the \u015awi\u0119tokrzyski University of Technology will help the company develop an innovative technology, which is expected to allow for greater strength and durability of the buildings. Not only scientists will be involved in the project.
