The programme is designed to promote scientific careers among female students and doctoral students and to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience also with female scientists.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is aimed at female students and doctoral students of Polish STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) universities and scientific institutes; young scientists after obtaining a doctoral degree and experienced scientists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme includes plans to hold meetings about the role of women in science, introduce our local female role-models in the STEM field, and encourage female students to take an interest in research careers &#8211; introducing them to its glories, shadows and the challenges it brings.
