Nowak, and the deputy speaker of the Polish Sejm, W\u0142odzimierz Czarzasty, and the minister of science and higher education, Dariusz Wieczorek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The subject of the meeting included issues relating to doctoral and student affairs, in particular the material and housing situation of students and doctoral students, dormitories, assistant, and doctoral hotels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issues of raises for academic staff and other university employees were raised. Also discussed were matters related to potential opportunities for universities to create the so-called endowment needed to support the development of the university&#8217;s community and to intensify internationalisation processes, including through the creation of consortia and branches at the world&#8217;s best universities and in cooperation with business.
