The agreement was signed by the Chancellor of the Seimas, Modestas Gelb\u016bdas, and the Dean of the Vilnius Branch of the University of Bialystok (UwB), Dr Jerzy Halicki, Prof. of UwB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The agreement includes cooperation between UwB and the Chancellery of the Seimas of Lithuania in studies, scientific research, development work and project activities, while harmonising theory and practice in developing the competencies of students, lecturers, and staff of the Chancellery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of the agreement is to strengthen social responsibility, promote an integrated system of studies and generate added value through the implementation of projects.
