{"id":327439,"date":"2024-01-17T09:21:20","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T08:21:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=327439"},"modified":"2024-01-17T09:21:20","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T08:21:20","slug":"year-of-economic-education-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/year-of-economic-education-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Year of Economic Education 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Economics and economic education are key issues both in industry and universities, and in government and local administration&#8221;, said Minister of Science and Higher Education Dariusz Wieczorek at the inauguration of the Year of Economic Education 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Connecting science and industry is a very important thing for us and we will try to strengthen cooperation and persuade entrepreneurs to use the wisdom of our scientists during this year&#8221;, stressed Minister Wieczorek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He added that the goal of the new government is for science expenditure to increase, for funds to be spent efficiently. &#8220;This is a task for universities, for our excellent economic staff, for our scientists who, after all, do a gigantic job&#8221;, convinced the head of the Ministry of Science.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Year of Economic Education 2024 is a joint initiative of six non-governmental organisations involved in economic education.
