The estimated budget for the competition is approximately \u20ac20 million. Polish scientists can apply for funding of \u20ac500,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main objective of the competition is to take action against the growing global threat related to the spread of antimicrobial (antibacterial and antifungal) resistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The competition is open to international consortia of at least three research teams from at least three participating countries.
