The pupil or team that builds the best machine will win PLN 5 000 and admission to selected faculties of the Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology. There will also be prizes for the school where the best constructors\u2019 study and for their teacher-mentor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology, the largest technical university in north-eastern Poland, is organising the &#8216;Amazing Machine&#8217; competition for the sixth time. It is a competition in which the main prizes are indices for selected first degree courses of the Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology and cash prizes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The competition is open to secondary school students from all over Poland. In order to take part, they need to create a device modelled on Rube Goldberg&#8217;s machine, in which interconnected mechanisms, working according to the domino principle, lead to a final, spectacular finale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The young designers have several months to build the machine.
