As part of the scholarship, he will go to one of the best American universities &#8211; Duke University in Durham. There, he will conduct a research project on the pathomechanisms leading to conductivity in patients with heart failure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;This is not only a great honour for me, but also the fulfilment of one of my scientific dreams. I am also convinced that my alma mater &#8211; the Medical University of Wroc\u0142aw &#8211; will benefit from my scholarship and that I will be able to use the experience gained at Duke University here&#8221;, says the scholarship holder, quoted on the UMW website.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Fulbright Senior Award is the largest and most prestigious US scientific and cultural exchange programme.
