He was awarded for his novel &#8216;The Light Bulb Thieves&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;The Grand Continent Prize is the most generous European literary award for funding the translation and dissemination of texts. With a grant of \u20ac100,000, a great European novel is supported every year&#8221;, write the competition organisers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The competition aims to identify the most outstanding book published in a given period of time worthy of the title of great European novel, which will interest readers from all over Europe, in each of the five language areas: French, Spanish, German, Polish and Italian.
