The patent was created as a result of the project entitled: &#8216;Aerosol with cytisine for use in the oral cavity &#8211; an innovative form of drug in the treatment of nicotine addiction&#8217;, financed by the European Regional Development Fund for 2014-2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The creators of the invention are a team from the Department of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology at the Institute of Medical Sciences (College of Medical Sciences) of the Rzesz\u00f3w university, consisting of Prof. Piotr Tutka, Dr Eng. Anna Czerniecka-Kubicka, Dr Karol Wr\u00f3blewski and Dr Patrycjusz Ko\u0142odziejczyk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The patent obtained concerns the creation of a new form of cytisine.
