{"id":320830,"date":"2023-12-11T11:14:48","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T10:14:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=320830"},"modified":"2023-12-11T11:14:48","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T10:14:48","slug":"application-to-help-identify-key-stakeholders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/application-to-help-identify-key-stakeholders\/","title":{"rendered":"Application to help identify key stakeholders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr Anna Slawik, from the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University (UJ) in Krak\u00f3w, has created a web application called MISS\u00ae (Methodology of Identification of Strategic Stakeholders), which provides guidance on how to think about stakeholders and how to select those on which to focus attention and resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;MISS\u00ae is a stakeholder analysis method that helps organisations identify those stakeholders that really matter to their business and projects.
