It will be the fourth line in the university synchrotron.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Krakow, a straight section chamber under the undulator is installed, with the elements manufactured and assembled by the German company FMB Feinwerk- und Me\u00dftechnik GmbH. The investment was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education with nearly PLN 10 million.<\/p>\n<p>In the National Synchrotron Radiation Center Solaris at the Jagiellonian University there is a synchrotron &#8211; a source of electromagnetic radiation. This radiation will be used for research in many fields of science: from physics, chemistry and medicine to archeology and art history.
