It is a unique installation nationally and internationally. It makes it possible to carry out tests on large braking systems of real dimensions used in railways, on wheels of rail vehicles with a diameter of up to 960 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art measurement solutions, including a certified torque gauge with dynamic parameter readout, triaxial sensors for measuring bearing vibrations, temperature measurement sensors, and a set of cameras and directional loudspeakers for real-time observation of the test.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The stand is driven by a powerful engine with a rated power of as much as 450 kW, generating a torque of 9,000 Nm with infinitely variable speed control. In a special test chamber, various environmental conditions can be simulated for the systems under test.
