The aim of the project is to create a tool that will enable rapid and accurate identification of food products and their potential threats to consumer health.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is an excellent achievement for a young researcher at the Wroc\u0142aw university.
