{"id":318808,"date":"2023-11-30T08:59:23","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T07:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=318808"},"modified":"2023-11-30T09:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T08:00:00","slug":"student-community-awarded-its-prizes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/student-community-awarded-its-prizes\/","title":{"rendered":"Student community awarded its prizes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We have met the winners of the 11th Student Environment Awards competition &#8216;Pro Juvenes&#8217;, organised by the Students&#8217; Parliament of the Republic of Poland since 2013.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of the competition is to promote active students and their initiatives, as well as to highlight the merits of individuals and entities that are student-friendly and support the potential of young people. By presenting the &#8216;Pro Juvenes&#8217; awards, the Student Parliament of the Republic of Poland wants to create a good atmosphere of cooperation in the academic environment and integrate students from all over Poland.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In eleven categories, the winners were selected by online voting, and in five the winners were chosen by the Chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the &#8216;Student Scientific Project&#8217; category, students from the Jagiellonian University&#8217;s Collegium Medicum in Krak\u00f3w were awarded for the project &#8216;Use of a supramolecular carrier in targeted anticancer therapy&#8217;. The &#8216;Best Juvenalia&#8217; was awarded to the Rzesz\u00f3w Juvenalia organised by the Rzesz\u00f3w University of Technology.
