As in the previous year, the city with the best quality of life was Warsaw. The second place was taken by Bielsko-Bia\u0142a (promotion from the 23rd place) and Sopot (promotion from the 9th place).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cities were evaluated in eight categories: health, population, municipal and social services, education, housing, environment, infrastructure, space.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the main ranking, in each of the eight categories, the city best meeting the sectoral criteria was selected. The position of leader in care for the environment was maintained by Sopot, which also took the lead in housing. Education is best handled by Krak\u00f3w, while Warsaw effectively manages health.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the categories of population and municipal and social services, the first place was taken by Rzesz\u00f3w.
